Pickling

In some cases the required result can only be achieved by pickling. For example:

• cale formation on welding joints
• heavy blackening due to insufficient formation with inert gas
• heavy corrosion crusts
• superficial cold deformation

Pickling can have a cleansing or even little material consumption (removal). Generally however, pickling is synonymous with the use of more aggressive chemicals. We produce optimal effectiveness while at the same time removing a minimum of material by:

• careful preliminary tests in our own laboratory
• based on the preliminary tests we develop our own reaction solutions
• adaptation of the pickling action depending on the required cleansing result
• calculated and measured use of pickling chemicals

Hence we are able to achieve the desired cleansing quality without excessive stress on the environment or the material.
