Cleaning/derouging/passivation:

Cleaning and the passivation of pure and high purity water systems is one of our specialities. Before treating a plant we first have to establish which quality of material we are dealing with and what the surface condition is like where it has been exposed to the product. For example we ask the following questions:

• Is it a new installation or is it a system already in operation?
• Is it a cold or warm rolled raw material?
• Has it been electro-polished?
• Has it suffered from rouging or blacking or are there other types of corrosion or soiling?

Based on the results of this assessment, we can design a solution to fit the situation. We pay particular attention, that the base material itself does not become attacked (corroded).

Every cleaning/passivation solution is only useful if it can be removed again completely. This is a further main consideration in our concept.

Our in-house processes and methods are being continuously developed (improved) and have already proven themselves more than 1000 times … our success justifies our experience.
